Main Objective:
- To grow the headcount thereby ensuring profitability.
- To establish, develop and maintain long term relationships with clients by providing a solution-based service.
- To increase the awareness and visibility of Drake in the market.
Key Performance Areas:
- Marketing through telesales, cold canvassing, telephonic and face-to-face client liaison.
- Presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and evaluate job orders.
- General office administration.
- Understand and explain terms and condition fee structure on corporate and boardroom level.
- Advise and/or make recommendations to clients on staff requirements.
- Advising clients on relevant labour law.
- Source and screening suitable applicants.
- Market prospective candidates.
- Interview and assess candidates’ competencies and qualifications.
- Counsel candidates on career opportunities and development.
- Refer suitable candidates to clients.
- Preparing confidential profiles and references on prospective candidates.
- Follow through with personal contact on placements/service.
- Achieving set targets and subsequent statistical requirement efficiently as set by management.
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails.
Key Competencies:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Driver’s license with own transport essential.
- Previous recruitment experience essential.
- Previous experience in outsourcing market essential.
- Previous relevant recruiting experience of blue collar advantageous.
