Our client, a luxury game reserve, seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Fleet and Joint Operations Centre Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, drivers are well-trained, JOC operates at full potential and all transportation activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations. The Fleet and JOC Supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling maintenance and ensuring that all vehicles are safe and reliable. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in fleet management, a valid driver’s license, the ability to communicate in English and isiZulu. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fleet control and monitoring of control rooms is essential. Experience in the security industry with control room monitoring would be an advantage.
