Fleet and Catering Supervisor
Job Description
Fleet role responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for fleet vehicles and drivers.
- Following up all daily requests received from client.
- Follow up finance operation includes client and vendor invoicing, contracting and track all invoices process.
- Manage drivers’ team daily operation.
- (blocking/Issuing) Total Fuel cards and Total cards database verifying with total Customer Support.
- Follow up/ lead the procedures of OSH, training and inspection process for cars and drivers.
- Track all vehicles operation during the day.
- Perform monthly inspection on the vehicles and maintain records.
- Perform frequently meetings with vendors.
- Perform weekly meetings with client.
- Manage fleet budget against vendor purchase orders and invoices.
Accommodation role responsibilities:
- Suggest accommodation options for tenants based on predefined preference.
- Coordinate discussion of, revisions to, finalization of, and execution of all documents between landlord and tenants to ensure timely and accurate preparation and execution of all documents.
- Assist in preparation of all leasing documentation and correspondence between landlord & tenants and/or legal representatives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal colleagues & brokers.
- Performs routine inspections to ensure contractor performance and property site.
- Maintain and communicate effectively with client and on-site associates and ensure that any areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Handling all requests related to repair and maintenance of the accommodation.
Catering role responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the catering/canteen.
- Ensure the presence of the canteen staff on daily basis during client agreed time.
- Perform weekly inspection to ensure the quality and expiration of the products.
- Apply periodic inspection/audit for the staff and the operation with the assist of external/certified auditor.
- Ensure that the catering service consistently meets specification as per the contracts between Ericsson and the caterer.
- Managing Ericsson employee complaints that are received within a timely manner.
- Ensure of the HSE documents related to catering staff.
- Make sure that caterers are implementing all Health and Safety standards.
- Maintain Hygiene & Health and Safety records available and up to date.
- Check the quality and safety of the using equipment.
- Ensure that the items are been storage as per HSE standards.
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree from a reputable university
Good command of English language
Facilities industries background
3plus years of experience in a similar role
