Job Description


You will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and efficiency of the business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining financial controls, overseeing reconciliations, managing fixed asset registers, and tracking WIP balances.
 
The position involves budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and identifying financial risks to support senior management decision-making.
 
Essential Requirements:
  • An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
  • A deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS is essential.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and month-end and year-end processes.
  • Multinational experience is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Sage/VIP and strong data analytics capabilities are required.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise with executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities include budget management, financial reporting, cost analysis, audit compliance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Financial Controller will also oversee key accounting functions such as A/R, A/P, payroll, and revenue recognition while driving process improvements.
 
Leadership skills are critical to developing a high-performing finance team and maintaining robust internal controls to support the company’s strategic financial objectives.
