🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 📘 Manage monthly accounting processes & reconciliations.

• 📈 Prepare and present monthly management accounts.

• 🧾 Handle VAT compliance, submissions, and SARS disputes.

• 👥 Administer payroll (PAYE, UIF & deductions).

• 💰 Oversee income tax & provisional tax submissions.

• 📨 Liaise with SARS on disputes & compliance matters.

• 🏛️ Ensure compliance with CIPC & statutory requirements.

• 📊 Assist with budgeting, forecasting & reporting.

• ⚡ Identify and implement process improvements.

• 📑 Perform ad hoc accounting tasks & audit support.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• 🎓 SAIPA registered (preferred) + completed degree & articles.

• 📚 Full accounting function experience across multiple clients.

• 💻 Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs & SARS e-filing.

• 🛠️ Proficiency in CaseWare, Xero, SimplePay & MS Office.

• 🚗 Own reliable transport.
