Finance Manager (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Executive, this contract role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to analyse financial activities, develop actionable strategies, and provide senior management with insights for effective decision-making.
You will oversee financial reporting, guide the finance team, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing the year-end audit, preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to align performance with business goals.
You must hold a CA or CIMA qualification and have a minimum of three years of experience in financial management. Manufacturing sector
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with IFRS for SMEs are essential, while experience with financial management software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is highly beneficial.
You should have a solid background in team leadership, cost accounting, and financial analysis and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
