Job description:

• Maintain accurate and complete general ledger accounts across multiple international entities
• Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring timeliness and precision
• Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure accurate reflection of payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Review key deliverables before Group Finance Manager sign-off
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity
• Support FP&A with financial analysis and adhoc reporting
• Manage statutory audits, regulatory compliance reporting and tax filings across multiple regions
• Assist with the global audit process and internal financial reporting
• Identify potential financial or operational issues early and implement scalable solutions

Requirements:

• CA(SA) with 2-4 years post-articles experience, preferably with a Big 4 background
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero)
• Solid understanding of international accounting and auditing standards
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bonus: experience in system implementation projects
