Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Card transactions, reconciliations and reporting including debit cards, credit cards and fleet/ garage cards
  2. Scanning and maintaining electronic slips
  3. Obtain card transaction statements daily
  4. Populate card reconciliation spreadsheets and expense tracker
  5. Match card transaction slips to statements
  6. Request all outstanding card transaction slips
  7. Escalate long outstanding slips
  8. Filing of card statements and slips
  9. Uploading card transactions slips and statements to SharePoint
  10. Supplier processing
  11. Providing card transaction slip copies to relevant divisions for intercompany transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Matric
  2. Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  3. Excellent organisational and admin skills
  4. Ability to communicate effectively
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  7. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience on Sage 200 Evolution, Pastel Partner or any similar accounting package
  8. Experience in the full MS Office Suite
