Job Description
Are you an energetic, motivated individual with a passion for numbers and finance? Do you have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in accounting and are currently working towards your NQF Level 6 Certificate in Finance or Accounting? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client is looking to employ a Finance Clerk
POSITION
Finance Clerk
LOCATION
Century City, Cape Town
SALARY
R140 000 – R150 000
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Referral Commission – collecting and follow-up on outstanding commission payments.
- Processing client and supplier invoices – various travel arrangements
- Capturing of EFT payments / receipts into a Cashbook
- Banking – Loading of beneficiaries / payments
- Processing/receipting of credit card swipes / EFT deposits
- Assisting supplier /client reconciliations
- Issuing proof of payments
- General office admin /filing
- Handling of queries
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric with Accounting and Mathematic
- Completed /or partially completed Tertiary Accounting Qualification – NQF6 or higher
- Computer literate on Excel and Outlook
- Minimum of 6 months relevant Finance / Accounting experience is must!
