We’re looking for a Finance & Office Administrator with strong debtors management experience to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in your ability to handle collections and admin with professionalism and persistence – we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, in-office role and requires someone with their own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining debtor files and contracts
- Following up on outstanding payments via email and phone
- Preparing weekly debtors reports for internal meetings
- Sending client account statements and resolving related queries
- Liaising with clients and external Bookkeepers & Accountants
- Performing weekly reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Processing customer invoices, debit orders, and payments
- Handling inter bank transfers and managing supplier payments
- Diary management and PA responsibilities for management
- General office administration, including data-capturing and filing
- Managing client web services and handling related admin
Requirements & Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in debtors/accounts receivable
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, firm, yet approachable manner when dealing with clients
- A high level of attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in accounting systems and banking platforms (FNB & Netcash)
- Experience with Xero Accounting (advantageous)
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to take initiative in a busy environment
