A growing tech driven business focused on safety and impact is looking for a Finance Administrator / Junior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, evaluating and interpreting financial data
• Process receipts, deposits, invoices, refunds and standard bookkeeping tasks
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Prepare provision schedules and support the supplier payment process
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and perform accurate accounting entries
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and miscalculations
• Collaborate with collections on delinquent accounts and credit checks
• Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Filing systems and support month-end closing activities to be kept in order
• Assist in streamlining administrative and finance processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Xero preferred)
• Experience working with banking portals (advantageous)
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliation processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance leaders and within a team
• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical financial practices
