Our client in the Logistics and Supply chain sector is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar finance rolepreferably within FMCG. You’ll need a relevant tertiary qualification, strong reconciliation and data capturing skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles, stock control, and warehouse operations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is essential. Experience with multi-currency transactions and MS Great Plains will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, solution-driven, works well under pressure and has excellent communication and people skills.

You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, managing stock entries and payments, following up on customer payments, reviewing claims and credit notes, ensuring SARS compliance, assisting with audits and payment processing, supporting stock counts and handling general finance and admin tasks.
