Field Service Technician
Job Description
A leading distributor of fitness and wellness equipment and technology solutions is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician with strong expertise in equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical troubleshooting to join their team. The role involves servicing high-quality fitness equipment, ensuring top performance, and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs according to set standards

Complete accurate and timely service reports

Maintain high First-Time Fix Rates (FTFR) of 80–95%

Support digital troubleshooting and equipment installations
-
Complete e-learning modules and certifications (Levels 1–3)

Provide customer technical support via phone and email

Ensure proper care and use of tools and company vehicle
Requirements:
-
Qualification in Software/Network Configuration or Engineering (non-negotiable)

2–3 years’ experience in equipment repairs and maintenance (e.g., air conditioners, copiers, printers, wellness/fitness equipment)

Valid driver’s license

Strong technical troubleshooting ability (mechanical and digital)

Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

Fast learner, willing to complete training through e-learning and hands-on sessions

Passionate about the wellness and fitness industry
