Facility Manager
Job Description
About the Role:
CBRE EXCELLERATE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Integrated Facilities Management services across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. This role will be responsible for both the operational and financial management of multiple sites within the region, ensuring high standards in facilities management and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Lead FM services at primary and satellite locations, ensuring high standards through KPI and SLA management.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee financial performance, including cost control, billing accuracy, and monthly financial reporting. Identify and act on savings opportunities.
- Project Management: Ensure effective delivery of maintenance programs and projects within budget and time constraints. Manage suppliers and ensure adherence to the best standards.
- Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Lead on-site QHSE audits, manage emergency procedures, and ensure all environmental and safety standards are met.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop site teams, providing training, development, and annual appraisals to enhance team performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with clients and site leaders, responding promptly to inquiries and offering solutions confidently.
Key Tasks:
- Complete monthly client and internal reports, presenting findings and updates to site leaders.
- Maintain business controls and ensure compliance with CBRE EXCELLERATE processes.
- Conduct proactive site management, overseeing PPMs, Work Orders, and essential site systems.
- Ensure cost-effective maintenance programs and initiate value-add initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in facilities management or related field.
- Skills: Strong supervisory and communication skills, financial planning, cost control, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of FM standards, QHSE requirements, and financial processes in a facilities management setting.
