About the role 


Support the Technical and Multiservices Manager in the daily operational management of the real estate assets. Oversee service providers, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure full compliance with HSE standards while optimizing operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of multi-year (5-year) maintenance and capital works plans in line with the real estate strategy defined by the management.
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual maintenance and operations budgets.
  • Supervise daily operations of multiservice providers (security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, 3D, SSIAP, etc.), ensuring quality performance.
  • Regularly monitor energy and utilities consumption to optimize usage in collaboration with specialized providers.
  • Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions according to established schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal maintenance requirements regarding safety and building codes.
  • Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and participate in both internal and external audits.
  • Assist in drafting technical specifications and scopes of work for procurement processes and service provider selections.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and financial reporting for Management and Property Management on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper administrative management of operational files (contracts, regulatory certifications, inspection reports, etc.)
  • Participate in weekly technical meetings and propose improvement actions.

Qualifications:

Technical or university degree in Facility Management, Maintenance, Real Estate, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations or facility management, preferably within a retail, commercial, or multi-site environment.

Knowledge:

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in maintenance, safety, and environment.
    • Solid experience in managing multiservice providers.
    • Expertise in energy optimization and utility management.
    • Proficient in technical and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is MANDATORY.
