We are seeking an experienced 3D generalist/VFX artist to join our team in 2024.

About the role

This position involves creating innovative, visually compelling content, working across brand design, motion graphics, and editing for film, TV, streaming, and social media platforms. You will interpret creative briefs, deliver high-quality executions, and contribute to campaign concepts and treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Brand design for film, TV, and streaming platforms.
• Motion graphics creation and short-form editing for various media.
• Develop mood boards, style frames, and creative treatments.
• Interpret briefs into engaging creative concepts and outputs.
• Contribute to the ideation and execution of campaigns.

Required skills and experience

Programmes:

• Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Bonus: Capabilities in matte painting and advanced plugin knowledge (e.g., Andrew Kramer techniques).
• 3D software (C4D, Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max).
• Rendering with Arnold, Octane, or Redshift.
• Problem-solving and optimisation for renders and workflows.

Bonus skills:

• Knowledge of pipeline production, cameras, and formats.
• Experience with high-end VFX, colour grading, or UX/UI.
• Understanding of VR/AR applications.

Candidate requirements

We are looking for individuals with experience in a creative agency, post-production house, or social media agency, who have a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities, possess strong technical knowledge, and consistently meet the demands of high-level creative production.
