The successful candidate would be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the Engineering department, including all day-to-day requirements. You would ensure that all procedures and processes are correctly followed while also ensuring that all targets are met. You would be required to manage the team; this would include making sure the team understands the objectives and the standards of performance. The Engineering departmental annual budget accountability would also fall on you.
