What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, including promotional and automated campaigns
• Lead the entire email marketing process, from campaign planning through post-analysis
• Advise on and implement best practices for segmentation, personalisation, and lead nurturing
• Coordinate with the email service provider and development teams to utilise technical capabilities fully
• Track email performance metrics, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and adjust campaigns for maximum impact
• Document email marketing standards, policies, and strategies for the company
• Stay informed on digital and mobile advertising trends to continuously enhance email marketing efforts

What you need

• A business or marketing-related qualification
• Proven experience in e-commerce and email marketing roles
• Project management skills with a focus on improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written communication skills to craft engaging messages
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email marketing software (e.g., MailChimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
