Our client is a Johannesburg-based distributor of toys and consumer products. Founded in 2020, the company holds exclusive distribution rights for several international toy brands, as well as its own original brands. They 
supply an extensive network of leading national retailers and wholesalers, and have a large presence on South African and global online marketplaces.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven E-Commerce & Administration Assistant to join
our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and growing our
e-commerce accounts across multiple online platforms. You will play a crucial role in
driving sales, optimizing product performance and managing the overall e-commerce
operation within the business. You will also be assisting with the company’s and office’s
daily administrative needs, beyond the scope of its E-Commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Takealot.com, Amazon.com, Onedayonly.co.za and others.
• Implement strategies to improve account performance, including pricing strategies, promotions and sponsored ad campaigns.
Product Listings & Optimization:
• Listing new products across various platforms, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date and optimized.
• Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points that highlight key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality images and videos for product listings.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, account health, and key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
General Office Administration:
• General administrative work
• Booking and coordinating deliveries and collections
• General assistance in the business, ensuring office needs are being met and warehouse related tasks are being completed successfully

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
• Experience in E-commerce account management or similar role
• Experience with digital marketing/ SEO
• Degree or qualification in finance/ economic field
