We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Content and Ecommerce Coordinator to assist the Ecommerce Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering and briefing content for our digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimisation for performance. You will work closely with internal and external teams to create clear, actionable briefs, translating data insights into impactful marketing content, and help redefine best practices for CRM, enhance customer engagement, and drive personalised digital strategies across all touchpoints. 

With a balance of marketing insight and technical execution, you will ensure our customers are receiving personalised, data-driven content and offers. Your role will be key in developing and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, collaborating with multiple teams, and making Dermalogica’s digital presence more engaging and relevant to our audience. 

Content: 

  • Drive and execute content across all external and internal digital marketing channels across the business, ensuring consistency with Dermalogica’s brand guidelines. 
  • Create and brief content for social media, paid media, email, performance marketing, and the website. 
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all briefs are clear, aligned with the brand’s vision, and optimised for performance across platforms. 

Ecommerce Content Management: 

  • Maintain, update, and track customer reviews, product listings, descriptions, and images across Dermalogica’s ecommerce platforms (including 3pi and retailer.com). 
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate product information. 
  • Implement promotions, campaigns, and seasonal content updates to drive sales and engagement. 
  • Work closely with PR, Brand and Social Media team to execute paid and organic strategy. 
  • Oversee the UX by identifying improvements and implementing changes to optimise functionality and the customer journey.  

 

Digital Marketing and CRM Support: 

  • Assist in managing digital content strategies and support performance media efforts. 
  • Help manage CRM and loyalty programs, focusing on customer engagement and retention. 
  • Leverage customer data to deliver personalised content across digital channels. 

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Brand Management role. 
  • Experience in Paid Media, Ecommerce, CRM, and Copy Writing. 
  • Proven ability to gather, brief content across various channels like organic social, paid media, performance marketing, email, and the website. 
  • Strong understanding of content creation and briefing, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategy. 
  • Experience with performance media, digital activation, and content strategy. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and other digital marketing tools. 
  • Background in loyalty programs is highly beneficial. 
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making abilities. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Highly organised, analytical, and process-oriented with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Understanding of the ecommerce environment and digital marketing best practices. 
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
