SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online. 

SACAP is looking for a Digital Brand Manager.

The Digital Brand Manager supports business growth through strategic marketing input and management of all digital communication channels. This role is responsible for adapting marketing strategies to ensure relevance, accuracy and brand integrity for SACAP Global.   

Main Purpose of Job:

The Digital Brand Manager oversees all digital marketing and media activities for SACAP Global, including managing paid campaigns (Google and Meta), organic social media, blog content, and CRM communications. She collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across the website and LMS, optimising for SEO and GEO using tools like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Google Analytics. She drives customer experience improvements through strategic updates based on user feedback, leads monthly and board-level reporting to track KPIs and revenue goals, and conducts market research to identify trends in online education. Additionally, she manages creative development, product launches, and marketing events, ensuring high-quality content and brand consistency, while also handling the division’s annual budget and invoice processes to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in marketing and brand management, or similar.
  • Experience working in higher education.
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members in the marketing department.
  • Able to use reporting, analysis, research and data to guide marketing-related decisions.
  • Able to problem-solve and embrace change (pivot when priorities shift or challenges arise).
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Technical confidence and familiarity with marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM tools.
  • Able to use reporting, research and data to guide marketing-related decisions.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Coding and HTML experience.

Skills:

  • Digital marketing acumen and prior working experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, CRM systems, Google Analytics and Meta Paid Ads.
  • Brand knowledge and working experience with paid marketing campaigns and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
  • A passion for marketing and brand management.
  • CRM knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle changing priorities.
  • Time management skills.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ongoing learning of new software and applications.

OPERATING HOURS
:

This is a full-time position operating from Monday to Friday*:

  • Monday – Thursday:   08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday:                      08:00 – 16:00
