Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced brand and digital marketing specialist who leverages research, data, and insights to achieve business objectives. If you have a proven track record in executing multimedia brand campaigns from start to finish, hands-on expertise in digital marketing, and meet the criteria below, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

What will you do?

Marketing  and brand

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including brand positioning, value propositions, and customer journey mapping.
  • Manage agencies for the end-to-end production of brand campaigns, including concept development, media scheduling, and brand performance reporting.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Monitor and optimise social media performance while producing engaging content for product communication, UX briefs, and sales materials.

Digital marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across performance channels (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Leverage CRM systems, email marketing, and content strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Analyse and interpret key performance metrics (e.g., ROI) to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Data and research

  • Conduct research to uncover customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting across brand, content, and website/app performance metrics.
  • Present actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and meet business goals.

Management and leadership

  • Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and inspire teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Offer constructive feedback and coaching to drive personal and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.

What will you need?

  • Experience: Minimum five-plus years in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Digital Expertise: Advanced skills in performance marketing, social media marketing, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic, online-focused environment.
