Our client in the credit risk management services seeks a dynamic Debt Recovery Specialist, proficient in Afrikaans and debt collections experience to join their team. You will support Credit Risk Advisors by improving customer cashflow and minimizing risk through proactive debt recovery and customer communication.
Requirements:
- Must have had Call Centre experience in the past
- Customer focused
- Credit control and legal clerk experience (preferred)
- Debt collections experience
- Proficiency in Afrikaans
- Strong administration skills
