The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
– Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
– Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to improve overall customer satisfaction

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
