Customer Service Agent
Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer-oriented Service Sales Representative, fluent in English, with a natural flair for people and a passion for delivering world-class service.
This role is key in building strong relationships with our players — promoting exciting campaigns, resolving queries efficiently, and making sure every player feels supported and valued.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage confidently across live chat, phone (in and outbound), and email.

Convert new player registrations into active users through strong product knowledge and a consultative approach.

Handle queries, disputes, and general support with professionalism and accuracy.

Keep players informed on promotions and features while building trust and long-term loyalty.

Rotate between day and night shifts (6AM – 6PM / 6PM – 6AM) on a 2-days on, 2-days off schedule — we’re 24/7.

Escalate issues when needed and always aim for first-contact resolution.
Minimum Education and Experience required:

1–3 years’ experience in a call centre / customer-facing environment, preferably including night shifts.

iGaming or online betting experience is a strong plus.

Comfortable working shifts — you enjoy the pace and variety that comes with it.

Typing speed of 30+ words per minute, strong communication (spoken & written).

A friendly, confident tone with the ability to engage and upsell.

Ability to work independently, solve problems on the fly, and stay calm under pressure.
