A delicious opportunity is available for a Mid-Weight CRM Campaign Manager at a well-loved, iconic South African restaurant chain Group’s Cape Town HQ.
Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, the CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for advancing the Brands’ customer engagement initiatives through the development and execution of strategic campaigns that align to their strategic brand objectives.
The CRM Campaign Manager is essential to nurturing brand loyalty, maximising customer lifetime value, and driving business growth for the Group’s brands. In this super role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, which includes planning, segmentation of audience, execution via various communication channels available, and the analysis of campaign performance as well as optimising efforts to maximise results.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns, aligned with sales, loyalty and marketing to support customer-centric programs.
- Coordinate and support campaign implementation, including emails, landing pages, blogs, marketing content, meetings, and events.
- Analyse the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for optimisation.
- Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimise performance and update key stakeholders
- Engage hands-on with key team members to assist with campaign management and analyse activities.
- Provide campaign content writing guidance or review to incorporate best practices as necessary.
- Responsible for testing campaigns for proper content, function, and rendering using Litmus and checklists.
- Responsible for setting up and implementing any relevant tracking links to support campaign measurement.
- Notifies stakeholders when campaigns are postponed, cancelled, and deployed.
- Actively engage with and own your Salesforce learning journey through making use of trailheads and any other learning opportunities.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Tertiary qualification with a focus on business management, marketing or similar field. (NQF 6 or higher).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a same / similar role leading campaign operations.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
- 2+ years’ experience leading campaign ops.
- 1+ years hands on experience with Marketing Automation tools.
- Proven customer engagement experience across both digital and direct channels, including Email, SMS, In-app, WhatsApp, social media platforms and Google.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of POPIA.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience would be advantageous.

- Experience with using CRM software and marketing automation tools such HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo or Netcore Cloud.
- Tertiary education degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
- Restaurant experience/understanding of Franchise Operations – advantageous.
