Control Room Operator x2

Our client is seeking two reliable and dedicated control room operators to join their security team in Mossel Bay. As a control room operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Ideal candidates will be flexible, have a strong attention to detail, and be available for shift work, including public holidays and the festive season.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and systems.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with on-site personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities.
• Ensure communication is effective between the control room, security staff, and clients.

Requirements:

• Must reside in or near Mossel Bay.
• Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and the festive season.
• Preferably have own transport.
• Prior experience in a control room or security role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Salary: R6,500 Basic Salary (with an increase after training)
