We are seeking a detail-oriented contracts manager to oversee construction projects. This key management role involves preparing tenders, presenting project proposals to clients, meeting with clients to discuss requirements, overseeing invoicing, and managing construction schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders for construction projects.
- Present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Oversee project invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, identifying potential risks and solutions.
Requirements
- At least three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record in contracts management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Residing in close proximity to Somerset, Strand, Paarl, or Stellenbosch.
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
- Clear criminal record.
