We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a fast-paced, agile digital team. You’ll play a key role in shaping user-focused content that meets high standards for clarity, accessibility, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design content that meets real user needs and works effectively across digital platforms
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, end-to-end user experiences
• Work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with user-centred content
• Use research and discovery techniques to identify pain points and inform content strategy
• Own the legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects of your content
• Build, edit, and publish content using content management systems (CMS)
• Champion a user-first mindset across teams and advocate for inclusive, accessible content design

About You:

• Proven experience creating content that is user-centred, evidence-based, and strategically aligned
• Confident mapping user journeys and turning insights into actionable content solutions
• Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across disciplines
• Strong understanding of content management systems and digital publishing workflows
• Skilled in using data and research to guide and continuously improve content
• Knowledgeable about accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
