Role overview:

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to take ownership of the company’s online presence. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing all social media platforms, and driving sales leads through effective online engagement.

This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and sales orientation, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the company’s growth while enjoying the benefit of uncapped commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for each vehicle in stock.

• Social Media Management: Oversee all company social media accounts, including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.

• Lead Generation: Use content and campaigns to generate sales leads (commission earned on successful deals).

• Brand Growth: Enhance the company’s brand image by producing fresh and innovative marketing material.

Requirements

• Qualifications: No formal academic requirements – creativity and ability are key.

• Technical: Must own a laptop (additional tools for content creation will be provided).

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

• Skills: Strong experience in social media content creation; ideally with an existing social media following to showcase ability.
