Job Description
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a leading Professional Construction Contractor specialising in Property Development, Construction, Civil Engineering, and Design & Build services.

Key Responsibilities:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher
- Minimum of 10 years in a project management role within the construction sector
- Knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project is often required.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize resources and productivity
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate delays or cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder satisfaction
