POSITION
Collections Agent
LOCATION
Wynberg Cape Town
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email, or SMS
- Negotiate and set up payment arrangements in line with company policies
- Accurately update customer records and interactions in the CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collections targets
- Adhere to legal and regulatory compliance in all customer communications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a collection or call centre environment, within the financial services sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
