📍 Location: Lynnwood, Pretoria
💰 Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 (depending on experience)

Your role in the team:
Create Job Descriptions: Tailor content to meet client needs to attract the right talent.
Platform Posting: Upload job descriptions to various platforms and ensure quick placements for positions.
Coordinate and Schedule: Arrange interviews and ensure everything runs smoothly for clients and candidates.
Effective Communication: Follow up with candidates and clients before and after interviews, providing necessary preparation for a positive experience.
Sustainable Engagement: Keep in touch with candidates during their first three months to ensure smooth operations.
Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to manage processes efficiently and effectively.
Company Representative: You will be the face of the company, working directly with our clients, ensuring they receive top-quality service and that every interaction creates a positive, professional impression of our company.

What you need:
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Tertiary Qualification: Sales, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field (advantageous).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, sales, or a recruitment role.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
Computer Literate: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Jou rol in die span:

  • Skep Posbeskrywings: Pas die inhoud aan volgens kliëntbehoeftes om die regte talent te lok.
  • Platformplasing: Laai posbeskrywings op verskeie platforms op en verseker vinnige aanstellings vir posisies.
  • Koördineer en Skeduleer: Stel onderhoude in plek en verseker dat alles glad verloop vir kliënte en kandidate.
  • Goeie Kommunikasie: Volg op met kandidate en kliënte voor en na onderhoude, en gee die nodige voorbereiding vir ’n positiewe ervaring.
  • Volhoubare Verbintenis: Hou kontak met kandidate oor hul eerste drie maande om te verseker dat alles steeds glad verloop.
  • Spanondersteuning: Werk saam met die bemarkings-, verkope- en werwing-spanne om prosesse effektief en doeltreffend te bestuur.
  • Verteenwoordiger van die Maatskappy: Jy sal die gesig van die maatskappy wees en direk met ons kliënte werk, verseker dat ons kliënte topkwaliteit diens ontvang en dat elke interaksie ‘n positiewe en professionele indruk van ons maatskappy skep.

Wat jy nodig het:

  • Minimale Vereistes: Graad 12 (Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat)
  • Tersiêre Kwalifikasie: Verkope, Besigheidsadministrasie, Menslike Hulpbronne, of soortgelyke veld (voordelig).
  • Ervaring: Minimum van 1 jaar in ‘n kliëntediens-, verkope-, of werwingsrol.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Sterk verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede in beide Afrikaans en Engels.
  • Rekenaarvaardig: Vaardig in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Uitsonderlike organisasie- en tydsbestuursvaardighede.
  • Detailgedrewe en gefokus op resultate.
  • Vermoë om druk in ‘n dinamiese omgewing te hanteer.
  • Samewerkende gees om suksesvolle resultate te behaal.
  • Vermoë om verskeie take gelyktydig uit te voer en te prioritiseer.
