A well-established, trusted leader offering top-tier services and products is looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager coming from the Financial services sector and with experience in the Credit risk space. The incumbent will drive growth and strengthen client relationships. Focus on Growth & Sales Support | Client Management | Customer Retention

Requirements:

• Strong values: Trust, Integrity, Passion, and Respect
• 3-year degree (preferred) or 5+ years in service delivery / client relations
• 3-5 years in customer service & client management
• Experience in sales support, CRM management & reporting
• Credit risk experience (a plus)
