Job Description
This role is key in a dynamic Sales Team based in Durban. You will be a driven and independent professional with strong self-motivation, accuracy, and innovative thinking.
A background in skincare, with a Matric qualification, is required, while a Diploma in Somatology or a relevant degree is advantageous.
The role demands a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the skincare industry and at least 3 years of proven sales experience, supported by a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
This position requires exceptional client relationship management, consultative selling abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
You must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, adaptability, and resilience while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key responsibilities include servicing and nurturing existing stockists, acquiring new accounts, achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and preparing detailed monthly reports.
The role directly contributes to the company’s growth and market presence by building and sustaining strong internal and external relationships.
