Job Description
Kern doel van die pos:
Akkurate hantering –en invoer van vergoeding-en personeeldata
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 met Wiskunde of Rekeningkunde;
- Minimum van 12 maande ervaring in betaalstaat administrasie.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (Excel basies);
- Konflikhantering;
- Goeie beplanning en organisering vaardighede;
- Tydsbestuurvaardighede;
- Basiese Rekeningkundige vaardigheid.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Deurlopende opdatering van personeel-en salaris administrasie / data op die Sage people sisteem;
- Prosessering van maandelikse invoere en kontroles;
- Hantering van navrae en verslae;
- Uitreik van betalings;
- Liasesering.
Main purpose of the position:
Accurate handling – and import of remuneration and personnel data
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting;
- Minimum of 12 months experience in payroll administration.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (Excel basic);
- Conflict Resolution;
- Good planning and organizing skills;
- Time management skills;
- Basic accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous updating of staff and salary administration / data on the Sage people system;
- Processing of monthly imports and controls;
- Handling of inquiries and reports;
- Issue of payments;
- Filing
