Civil Design Engineer – Cape Town

Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established and forward-thinking consulting engineering firm that provides innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions across the private and public sectors, is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering designs for a variety of municipal and private sector infrastructure projects.

• Undertake water network, sewer reticulation, and stormwater system design.

• Conduct stormwater modelling and road geometric design.

• Plan and design earthworks and platform levels.

• Produce high-quality construction drawings using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng or BSc.Eng).

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.

• Proven design experience on both municipal and private sector infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in:

  • Civil 3D

  • AutoCAD

  • Revit

• Familiarity with stormwater, sewer, road, and platform design practices.

• Additional skills in:

  • Civil Designer

  • Microsoft Office Suite
