Change Manager – SAP Modernisation I Contract
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with SAP implementation expertise to join us on a contract basis and support a high-profile finance modernisation programme for one of our projects.
This role focuses on driving transformation within the finance domain, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, and enabling stakeholders to embrace change effectively. You will work alongside a team of expert change managers within the Group Finance division.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change initiatives aligned to a multi-year finance transformation roadmap.
- Partner with finance leaders, programme managers, and technology teams to embed sustainable change.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies across Group Finance.
- Translate complex SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations into clear change journeys for finance professionals.
- Develop change impact assessments, training plans, and readiness metrics.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven change management experience within large-scale finance or ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, and reporting (banking/financial services preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or similar ERP platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with influence at senior levels.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
