Job Description
You will drive revenue growth, strengthen reseller relationships, and optimise sales performance across all retail channels.
This role ensures the seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product forecasting. You will oversee quarterly sales targets, market trend analysis, and the successful introduction of new mobile devices, collaborating closely with the Central team to align strategies.
The role demands:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, trade, or engineering,
- Experience in product management within a vendor or distributor environment is preferred.
- A keen understanding of retail sales channels, pricing models, and competitive positioning in the South African smartphone market.
- Strong data analysis skills,
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote,
- Experience managing pricing, demand planning, and product lifecycle strategies.
- Possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills,
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective pricing and promotional strategies.
Key to success in this role are daily engagement with resellers and suppliers, coordination with supply chain teams, and ownership of category performance.
