Job Description

Our client a national, well-established car rental agency is looking for an outgoing, experienced, customer service focused individual to join their team.

Must be willing to work rotational shifts – 7 days per week

Requirements:

• Matric
• Valid Drivers License with Own Car is required
• Min 2yrs customer service experience in the sales/retail industry
• MS office literate

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their rentals
• Booking of vehicles
• Sales of add on features
• Administration
• Vehicle inspections
• Scheduling of services for the vehicles
• Customer service
