Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, deboning, and preparing meat according to store standards
• Ensuring high-quality meat presentation and freshness
• Assisting customers with their meat selections and providing expert advice
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Managing stock levels and ensuring proper storage

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Blockman in a butchery or retail environment
✔️ Strong knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques
✔️ Excellent customer service skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Location: George, Western Cape
