Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure effective execution of business strategies
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve high lev
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall operations
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management position
• Strong background in project management and operations
• Proven track record of improving processes and performance within a business unit
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
