Business Sales Representative
Job Description
The Business Representative is a dynamic role reporting to the Regional Manager, focused on sales, administration, and stock control to achieve departmental targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
You must possess a Diploma/Certificate (NQF 5) and have up to three years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ERP systems, and other job-specific software is essential.
Success in this role demands strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication abilities, flexibility, resilience, and attention to detail are critical.
Key responsibilities include canvassing and managing customer accounts, analysing sales data, and supporting marketing strategies to grow the customer base and market share. The role also involves regular client engagements, credit and stock management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to optimise costs, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
