Business Development Manager – Packaging
Job Description
This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role focused on driving packaging sales. This position, operating in a hybrid work scenario, requires frequent travel to build and maintain strong client relationships.
We seek a bright, emerging talent with five years of experience or a seasoned professional ready to leverage manufacturing capabilities. The primary objective is to position packaging solutions as value-added products, transforming customer perception and dominating the marketplace.
The successful candidate will be deeply familiar with manufacturing processes, from design to delivery, and will master the intricate relationship between product, customer needs, and market dynamics.
You will be responsible for negotiating profitable sales contracts that maximise volume and pricing while ensuring 100% customer loyalty. By developing strong relationships at all levels within customer organisations, you will translate critical insights into strategic negotiation advantages.
Additionally, this role requires active engagement in innovation across the value chain, rigorous competitor analysis, and a commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy in all business dealings.
