Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth and profitability within quarts, granite and sintered stone surfaces business by leading and motivating sales team.
Key responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop sales team

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Oversee entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Monitor and control sales expenses

Develop and implement effective sales tools and processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Proficiency in CRM and sales software

Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
