Job Description


You will be pivotal in driving growth within the fibre optic enclosure manufacturing sector. You will focus on expanding relationships with fibre network operators, contractors, and key distributors, such as private and metro fibre operators.
 
This strategic position reports to the National Sales Manager and entails identifying new market opportunities, forming global partnerships, and developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
 
With a strong emphasis on leadership, you will guide a team in executing growth strategies, ensuring their activities align with the company’s overarching business objectives.
 
Essential qualifications include a BSc/BA in business, sales experience, and a strong understanding of fibre optic products and market dynamics.
 
You must be highly motivated, skilled in communication and negotiation, and adept at managing complex projects independently.
 
Key responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing client relationships, generating and qualifying business leads, and negotiating contracts to drive sales growth. You will also oversee the sales pipeline, provide team mentorship, and deliver critical sales forecasts and performance reports.
 
Interviews for this role will conclude by year-end, with the selected candidate expected to commence in January 2025.
