Hire Resolve is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the services industry. This role requires a results-oriented professional who thrives in outdoor client interactions and can articulate value propositions effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service discussions.
- Implement targeted strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends to refine business development plans.
- Conduct outdoor meetings with clients to present services and understand their needs.
- Travel locally to meet clients and close deals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activities, and business growth metrics.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align strategies with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in the services industry is essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable and adept at conducting outdoor meetings and face-to-face interactions.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven personality.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings as required.
