ENVIRONMENT:
Are you a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client is a leading insurance provider making a real difference in the industry and is currently looking for motivated professionals in Cape Town to be part of an energetic team in a rapidly growing company.
 
DUTIES:
  • Grow your own portfolio by prospecting for new clients across the Garden Route through face-to-face appointments and cold calling.
  • Perform comprehensive business insurance needs analyses for clients.
  • Present and offer the company’s tailored business insurance solutions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance to meet targets.
  • Stay on top of your sales activities and targets, from calls to quotes, as set by management.
  • Keep detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Commit to continuous self-improvement and skill development.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluent in English and have a minimum of a matric certificate.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with access to your own transport.
  • Proficient in MS Office with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
 
ATTRIBUTES:
  • A motivated self-starter with at least 1 year of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Organized, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
