BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Job Description
Optimi Workplace is looking to hire a target-driven individual with strong sales ability to join the Sales Department as a Business Development Consultant. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in relationship management with an adaptable attitude and a passion for sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree (sales or marketing) or equivalent.
- BTech or Honors (Sales or Marketing) or equivalent (recommended).
- 3 years or more of sales experience.
- Sales and marketing experience in the education or training field.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbally and written).
- Must have own vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel.
DUTIES
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining good relations with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Prospecting and canvassing to generate new clients.
- Presenting Optimi Workplace as a business partner by offering training solutions.
- Contribute to the coordination and participation in trade shows or exhibitions.
- Researching current markets to develop new and innovative product and service solutions.
- Providing weekly sales reports.
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration with IT, Accounts, and Implementation teams.
The position is based in Durban.
