Job Description
We seek a dynamic Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in software development environments to join a Sandton-based team.
This full-time, in-office role bridges business needs and technical solutions, focusing on delivering high-value mobile, web, and desktop applications in a fast-paced Agile setting.
You will have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and expertise in technical documentation, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Proficiency in API concepts, database structures (SQL Server), and cloud-hosted environments (AWS) is essential.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, are critical.
Preferred skills include experience with stakeholder workshops, wireframing tools like Visio, and data visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with high-tech-related industries is advantageous.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
